Executors’ Sale. HE STATE. OF OHIO, HAMILTON County, SL: Pursuant to the command of an or der for sale, from the Court of Common Pleas of Ham ilton County, Ohio, and to us directed, we will offer at public vendue, at the door of the Court-house, in the County of Hamilton, and State of Ohio. on TUESDAY the 4th day of January, A.D. 1870, at 11 o'clock A.M., the following real estate, to wit: Lying and being in the city of Cincinnati,in the cunty of Hamilton, and State of Ohio, and known on a plot of subdivision of Hotchkiss, Avery Carter, recorded in Book No. 59, page 601, as Nos. 60 and 61, a Square No. 3, each lot being 25 feet front by 95 feet deep, and being the same property purchased by Hen ry Franklin, in his life time, of Lazarus Block, by deed recorded in Book 185, page 559, Hamilton County Records, Valued at $8,500, To be sold by order of Court, in the case wit rein Joseph Oppenheimer and Felix Hirsch, executors of the last will and testaments of Henry Franklin, de ceased, are plaintiffs, and Fanny Franklin and others are defendante—Case No. 32,044. ROWLAND, Assignees of the Union Bank, Bill for Account and Relief, and to Marshal Assets, _It being represented that there are other parties than those now before the Court interested in the distribu tion of the assets of said Bang, in the hands of said As signees, that said trust may be executed properly, and the interest of all may be protected, as far as practica ble, it is ordered and decreed that all persons having demands against the said “The Union Bank,” of the State of Georgia, cause themselves to be made parties complainants to said bill, with proper allegations and statements as to their respective claims, on or before the first day of the next term of this Court, otherwise such claims to be excluded in the distribution of said fund. And it is further ordered that a copy of this decree be published once a week for four months prior to the next term of this Court in the Chronicle and Sentinel, Savannah Repubblican, Atlanta Intelligencer, Cincinnati Commercial, and New York World, State of Georgia, Richmond County.
