Maus and the heirs of James Laughead, late ot said County, deceased* .that the Executrix ot the estate of said deceased, has applied by petition to the said Court, at Anghst term, 1840, setting forth that the said James Laughead, deceased, in his life time, did contract in writing, tor the sale of a certainTract of Land,situated in the township ot Mahohing, (now valley*) In the county aforesaid, with the appurtenances. unto Philip F. Man*,—that the said contract was not complied with in the lifetime of the said deceased, nor any provision made bv bis last will, oh otherwise, toe g«jits performance; and praying the court to decree the specific performance of contract, •d 'according *o the true intent and meaning i thereof;—Whereupon* the Court did order and decree notice to be given to the heirs ot the deceased, and Philip F.
