The Battery “F” unbeaten team continued their winning ways by taking Headquarters, 1st, 6th by 25 to 11 in a game that saw another forward get rid hot and sink them from all angles. Tlzzolino paced the winners by sink-ihg seven field goals.The first quarter of the opening flkme was certainly a honey. Both tlams guarded so closely and well tkat the scorfe at the end of the period was only 3 to 2 in favor of the Sixth Regiment entrant. Honsowetz’ field goal and free throw gave them the one point lead while Solomon replaced for the Fourth entry.Neither team could do so much in the second period either as the guards bore down. In this instance it was the beautiful checking of Rook and Hon-•Owetz that held the score down. With Palmer and LePointe netting field foals and Miller and Bradley replying with a free throw and a field goal the half ended with the losers in the lead by 8 to 6.After the interval Solomon sank One for the winners and Honsowetz tossed a charity throw and then the ieuttling started.
