Ra foth, Ella A. Nelson, Hannah Rafoth Jones, Arnold Niebuhr, Earl Niebuhr, John Rafoth, Elsie L. Rafoth, Arthur Rafoth and all persons interested in the sale of certain lands belonging to said deceased. The petition of Fred W. Rafoth as representative of the above named de ceased, being duly filed in this court, representing that it is necessary and for the best interest of said estate and of all interested therein that cer tain lands of said deceased described therein be sold and praying that a license be to him granted to sell the same. Now, Therefore, You and each of you, are hereby cited and required to show cause, if any you have, before this court, at the Probate Court Rooms, in the Court House in Albert Lea, County of Freeborn, State of Minnesota, on the 14th day of Jan uary, 1919, at 19 o’clock a. m., why the prayer of said petition should not be granted. .
