George Arver, trustee of Greenfield township, was before the board concerning a bridge which he built at Greenfield Mills. He has paid out about $259 on the bridge whereas the law only permits the township trustee to spend $75 without coming before the county council to get an appropriation for the work, Mr. Arver not having done this and no appropriation beingavailable for the payment of his claim it looks very much like he will have to pay out of his own pocket the cost ot the bridge over $75,
