He was; stricken with a heart attack while working at the plant of the Headley Storage Company in Chester a week preceding his death and was removed to the hospital in the ambulance of the Rescue Squad of the Franklin Fire Company. jMr. Heacock, who was 44, wasborn in Philadelphia, and had resided in Marcus Hook for 33 years.: He was a member of Cokesbury Methodist Church.Surviving are his widow. Mrs. Grace Heacock, and one son, Earl, Jr.. of Marcus Hook. A brother, William H. Heacock, postmaster of Marcus Hook, and a sister, Mrs. Elwood Hahigan, of Linwood, alsosurvive.He was buried on Saturdav after*knoon after funeral services at the Cloud Funeral Home, 93S Market street., Marcus Hook. Interment was in Ml. Hope Cemetery, Village |Green. [
