JOHN SLUSHER CLEARED WALTON SALOON LAST NIGHT.Mother Was With Dowie Disciples Selling Papers and Son Ejected Her and Her Companions From the Place and Turned Out the Lights.John Siusher, a young bully at Walton, created some little excitement at that place last night. Dowie has a strong following in the little town and some of his followers were engaged in peddling his paper about the town. They entered the saloon of a man ny the name, of Bell, where Siusher was drinking. 'His aged mother, who is a Dowieite, was with the people who entered, and when Siusher saw her he ordered them all to leave the place. They refused and then he started in toclear the saloon. All of the Dowieiteswere chased or thrown out and Siusher*then started on the rest’of the crowd and ran them out. Not satisfied with this he turned out the lights. Nothingin the 'place was broken, and after ashort session by himself Siusher opened up again and invited the people back. The town marehal made ho attempt to arrest him and nothing has been done in the case. No one was hurt but the little town was muchworked up over the outrage.
