NO PERSON TO BLAMEFor the Accidendal Death of Cassimer Ley.CORONER’S VERDICT RENDEREDHenry Siwkel, Ike Only Witness Heard, Who Said It Was Ley’s Own Fault.Coroner M. H. Hennel has rendered his verdict in the Cassimer Ley accident which occurred SundayOnly one witness was examined and the story told by him follows: ••‘My name is Henry Sunkel. I am employed as station laborer by the Pan Handle. 1 saw. Cassimer Ley killed. He was struck bj second 19 about a half mile east of the station. It was Sunday, Dec. 2 H was putting up his lamps when we meet. I was going east and be was going west. We spoke a few words and by that time tbe train was coming around the curve by the tower. I said to him ‘Cassimer, there comes the train, look out for'it.’ I stepped off on the west side of the track and he put his lamp on the switch stand and started across the track, I looked around and train. 19 hit him as he was stepping over west rail. He was killed instantly. I do not think the accident could have been avoided. It was his'own fault.Coroner Hennel’s verdict follows: “After viewing the body of Cassini er Ley and hearing the testimony of the witness, I do find that said deceased came to his death by being st-ruck by a train on the.
