Two Deaths Reported Yesterday1 A New Case To*day,Freddie, the 4-year-ol(l son of Air. and Airs. Bell Elliott, of 82 Fourth street, died yesterday of diphtheria. The funoral was held privately this morning.Vera L. Jones, aged 10 years, died of diphtheria yesterday at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Airs. 6, W, Jones, 148 Jackson street. The little girl recently came to this city from Chicago with her mother, on a visit.Edith, 13-year-old daughter of Air. and Mrs. Philip Lasever, of 31 Walton avenue, died Saturday night of diphtheria.A new case of diphtheria was reported on Barthold street this morn* lag.NEW COMMITTEEMEN.
