goings torta or 11 is roweris nop uunungtun,Danville—Christ Chur eh.—By the will ofthe late Peter Baldv, Sen., for fifty two years the senior warden of this parish, the following bequests are made: The sum of $600, income of which is to he given to the Sunday-school or applied to parish uses: $6,000, the income of which is for the rector’s salary; and $50,000, to be used by the executor's in ordering a suitable memorial of the deceased and of Sarah, his wife. The executors have since decided that the memorial shall take the form of a church building in this parish, to be erected by them, if the corporation of Christ church will accept the same and provide the land for the purpose. Probably the old church, which has been standing fifty-one years, will be removed next year.
