He was for about seven years one of the Associato Judges of the county unler the old court system.’; . - * *1 •ho news Of his death will be sad to a large fcirclo of friends.For over twenty-lhr-‘e years wc knew him well and very favorably—and now are permitted to bear this fecbtc testimony of his worth.We think he was sixty years of age and a native of Ohio.
