Yeiierday a warrant was made out for the executing Capt. Fergufon, at Execution Dock, on Thurfday next, for the murder of his cabin boy on the high feas, and his body is afterwards to be hung in chains upon the Marfhcs down the river; .thefentence paifed on him by Sir Thomas Salusbury, ££ to be differed and anatomifed,” being reverfed by the Lords of the Admiralty, who have a power by adt of Parliament to change that part of the fentence, which they have accordingly done, and ordered him to be hung in chains, as above-men-
