By MANY WASTE PERU — All courthouse and highway personnel have been reappointed for an other year by the Miami County Com missioners. Lewis Wilson was appointed board chairman, effective dan. 1. He succeeds Karl Glassbirn and will also replace Glassourn on the County Plan Commis sion. Lewis M. Clarkey was reappointed to the board of trustees of Dukes Hospital for four years. There are still two vacateries on the Board of Zoning Appeals. The term of Forest Bowen expires Dec. ¥ and the vacancy created by the resignation of Caris Jenkins has not been filled. Reappointments include Mrs. Horace TD, Cook, museum curator; Roy Corder, courthouse custodian; Ambrose Johnt son and Peter Beler, courthouse jani tors; Lewis Lulz, elevator operator; Everett Wortinger, museum janitor; Marie Davie, court ausennal; and George R. Landgrave, county attorney. George Davall will remain as super visor of the highway department with John Sonabank and Uriah Welvick con tinuing as foremen. The commissioners decided to keep the courthouse open Saturday mornings mainly for the Weense bureau and that the county officials could determine whether they will be open Wednesday afternoons and close Saturday. PARTNERSHIP FORMED George L. Eikenberry, wt has owned and operated the Eikenberry Fu neral Home here since 1946, announced Wednesday that starting Jan. 1, th firm will be known as the Rikerberry- Murray Funeral Home. Richard J. Murray, who has been with the fire nine years, purchased an inter est last January. The change in name becomes official with the lay incorpo ration of the firm. Both Eikenberry and Murray will re main active in he business.
