EAST ST. LOUIS, Ir. (AP)— Leonard Burgess, 16, of State Park Place was shot and killed Sunday night while he and an other youth played with guns. St. Clair County sheriff's dep uties said Duane Holliday, 13, a neighbor of the victim, was holding the gun that discharged. Deputies said Jerry Frazier, 15, at whose house the incident occurred, told them the youths were playing with a 22 caliber rifle, and a gun that belonged to his father. He said the gun accidentally discharged, striking Burgess. State Park Place is near Col linsville in Madison County.
