Mead Named PresidentOf New Eustis BankEdwin Budge Mead, Deer Island, has been named president of the new First National Bank of Eustis. Mr. Mead is former president of the Rockford, Illinois Bank.The new bank for Eustis will be constructed on the property now occupied by the Atlantic Coast Line on Bay Street in downtown Eustis. August Geiger, Miami Beach, has been retained as architect for the new bank building. Work on the structure is expected to commence in January, 1956.Directors of the new bank are: R. J. (Rudy) Schneider, B. G. Anderson, Mrs. B. E. Thompson, H. W. Sheppard, Lawrence Hughes, Edwin Budge Mead, W. R. Livingston, R. D. Flippo andIE. Everette Huskev.
