Ga1W«ILeiwaThletCLARENCE LOOP ENTERS REAL ESTATE AND INSURANCE BUSINESS.Commencing its business life by bringing a new two-story business block to Culver City» the real estate firm of Davidson and Loop has been organized and will shortly occupy its own building on Main street. Glenn A. Davidson is one of the pioneers of Culver City. With his father, R. P. Davidson, he started a hardware store here eight years ago. At that time there was not a single house in Culver City, although a number were being built. icaClarence V. Loop is extensively in-|th terested in Culver City property. Ha is well known here and was recently selected as trustee to succeed W. S. McNeir.The firm will handle sales, leases, insurance and loans, ss well as real estate.The first transaction of the new partners was the sale of the corner of Bagley avenue and Venice boulevard, across from the Culver City Grocery.So enticing an offer was secured on Jc the lot that Dr. Loop, father of one of the partners, took it, and is now having plans prepared for a two-story business block.
