Mrs. P. E. Cadwell spent Christmas with her mother in Victoria. Will Miller, from Idaho, is visiting his sister, Mrs. Watson Egbert. Miss Mabel Smith, from Pekin, is visiting her sister, Mrs. L. C. Eg bert. Miss Belle Bell, from Toulon, visit ed Mrs. C. T. Egbert the first of the week. George Emmons, Wes Chamberlain and Elias Matthews visited in Chicago last week Phillip Beamer and wife gave a Christmas dinner for their Children. All were present. Mrs. M. R. Hurd, Mrs. W. L. Garri son and Miss Belle Bell ate dinner with Mrs. C. T. Egbert Tuesday. Mrs. Annie Bamber, from Carthage, South Dakota, came Friday for a visit with friends and relatives here. Come to the oyster supper at the church Friday evening, January 6, 1911. Given by the Ladies' Aid socie ty. L. C. Egbert’s Invited their children and grandchildren to a Christmas din ner. All were present except Walter, who is in Peoria, and C. W. and fami ly, in the west. The Christmas exercises at the church Christmas eve were very good. The church was beautifully decorated and the large tree and presents will long be remembered by the children. The stockholders of the West Jer sey Telephone will meet at West Jer sey, Saturday, January 7, at which time the annual eelction will be held. If you are a stockholder remember the date and be on hand.
