LOCAL NOTICES.A TOrrry C'firKt iiiiim to All!Having formed a co-partnership for thepurpose of carry ijig on the book and stationery business at the old stand of McMonagle Rogers, 34 North st., we would respectfully invite the attention of the public to the following pronunciamento :It shall be our constant aim to give satisfaction to all who may favor us with their patronage, and to that end we have laid down the following rules for our guidance :First. We shall buy and sell our goods for cash.Second. We shall buy only salable articles, consequently shall not be compelled to charge exorbitant prices in order to pay for deadstock on our shelves.Third, We shall attend strictly to our legitimate business, being on hand at all time to serve our patrons in person.Fourth.
