TRUSTEE'S SAI,12.BY YIRTUE of a Deeu of trust executed by Dvrelle Cole, dated the 30th cay of September, 1359, and directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described. 1 shall on the 31th clay of December next, at the hotel of James Cotter, in the village of Mrmstor, expose 'for sale to the highest bidder, at the hour of one o'clock p. r.j the following discribed premises situated in the town of WonoVroc, county of Juneau, to wit: The north-east quarter of section twenty-three (23), town fourteen (M,) north, range two (2) cast’; except twenty (20) acres on the northeast corner of said lot, s !d toiler.
