Administrator ot the estate ot Dauiei Conway, deceased, will oiler forsale, at public auction, tlie lee simple of the following described land, to wit; it being a part of the north cast quarter of section thirty-live in township five of range two west, and bounded and described as follows, to.wit; beginning at the south cast corner of said quarter section, thence north one hundred poles, thence west one hundred and sixty poles, thence south forty-three and four-tenth poles, tiience east fifty-six poles and six-tenths of a pole, thence south fifty-six and six tenths poles, thence east fifty-six and tour tenths poles, to the place of beginning—-supposed to contain 74 acres, situate in said county, near to the town of Wilmington.The sale will be held at the dwelling house on the land, on the 15th day of February r in the year 1855, between the hours of twelve and three o’clock P. M. of said day. The land will be sold subject to t e rights of Mary Conway, the widow of deceased, under and by the statutes of 1653 and 1S53, on these terms, to wit: one-third of the purchase money is to be paid at the sale, one-third in twelve and one-third in eighteen months from the day of sale. The deferred payments are to be secured by notes and approved security.— The land is not to be sold for less than two-thirds the appraised value, which is $1-180. The widow will make known at the time of the sale how* much she will take for her interest in said land.
