Bill in Chancery Affidavit of the non-residence of the said defendants Fetnah White and Annie Heintz having been filed in the ofice of the Clerk of said Circuit Court. Notice is hereby given to said non-resi dent defendants aforesaid that said com plainant filed his Bill of Complaint in said Court, on the Chancery side thereof on the 14th day of December A. D. 1907, and that thereupon summons issued out of said Court, against said defendants returnable on the First Monday of January A. D. 1908, as is by law required. Now, unless you, the said non-resident de fendants aforesaid shall personally be and appear before said Circuit Court of Bureau County, on the first day of the next Term thereof, to be holden at the Court House in Princeton in said county, on the First Monday of January A.
