Money Being Raised for Structure to Be Reared at Puuloa. The Hawaii Yacht Club at ite last meeting decided to accept the offer of the Dowsett estate of a site for a club house at Puuloa. The decision includ ed the plan of a corporation for the purpose of erecting the house. The company is being formed upon a basis of $4000 capital stock, and of this amount $1000 was taken by the first five members to whom the lst was pre sented. The entire amount of the stock will be taken up by the members of the club. There will be a second meet ing as soon as the stock is taken 60 that plans for the clubhouse may be ta ken under consideration at once. It 's believed that there will be a decision reached within the coming wee.
