Hoxie, of Co*, ksville, on Friday last, slipped at the door and falling, fractured a rib bone.“Matthew” took his seat at his custom table and now calls for all to pay up their dues.W. H. Owen has returned from Lyons, Iowa, and is fitting up his old gallery to re-enter the Photographic business, at his former place.Col. Watts and lady lelt yesterday morning for an excursion trip to Omaha.The whooping caugh is quite prevalent in town.The Baptist dedicated their Church last Wednesday and raised money enough to clear it from the indebtedness anu pay for an organ.Mr. £. B. Rice, Photograph artist, and for some years past, a cripple by a fracture of a leg, slipped on Monday evening last, and on attempting to save himself fell, breaking the other leg just above the knee. He had just finished paoking his household goods preparatory for moving to Oregon, to continue in the buisness. He now lies in*a painful and very helpless condition.
