Yopp. a former president of one of America's largest local bass clubs, himself a lifetime tassman and conservationist, has this to say about the new organization.‘‘National Bass Association is founded on honesty, fellowship and sportsmanship. These high ideals will be maintained throughout the years by demonstrated performance. NBA’s aims are to maintain and improve conservation of our natural resources and to support antipollution laws to help assure the preservation of good fishing for generations to come,” he saidNBA will provide both local and national tournaments beginning with bass club competition and ending with a national championship.
