A new annoxation program will be introduced in the 1927 Legisla ture, it was officially announced yesterday. Mayor Charles G. The measure, according to tenta ctions will provide for annex ing to Syracuse the following vil lages and communities: East Syracuse, Solvay, Nedrow, Avery Tract, Mattrdale and Linden swood in the upper Court Street sec tion, Favor Program. Reports in city administration circles are that Nedrow, the Avery Tract, Blatrydale and Lindenwood are overwhelmingly in favor of an nexation. Leaders in both Solvay and East Syracuse have informed city offi cicenmeenc ing the villages to Syracuse is strong. The Major said that none of the sections would become part of the city until Jan. 1, 1928. Residents Must Approve. The bills will provide for approval of annexation in each instance by both the residents of the communi ties involved, through a referendum, and by the Common Council. Mayor Hanna announced that re annexations will be effected during 1927. He said the city’s finances will not permit extension of the bound ary lines during the year. ‘ His plan is to give the residents of Eastwood, North Eastwood, Gen esey Manor, and Onondaga Valley, all of which will be in Syracuse by, Jan.s, necessary improvements be fore undertaking additional annex ations. “Residents of every one of the villages or communities listed in the proposed new annexation pro gram have petitioned for annexa~ Major Hanna said “The program that has been out.
