It sounded liketwo or three fellows up stairs pulling one another over the floor andttrapping on the door. Itis said that Golie Hover has shotithrough the door at the ghost, butthat does not keep it away.”Between eleven and two o’clocktseach night the rapping logins. aFThe kitchen door flies open andthe sound of footsteps on the barefloor are plainly heard. It appears1ilike three persons crossing the 11floor, who go up stairs. Thenthere is a scuffle and one of the triois dragged across the room anddown stairs.
