Barn And Contanti Belonging to WilUnxx*H. Hartley Destroyed by Fire Saturday Morning,A barn on the Govenor Saltonstall plaoe so called near Lake Saltonstallwas burned to the ground, together,with Its entire contents consisting ofabout twenty tons uf hay, tools, carriages, etc, two horses and several cows, between the hours of midnight and 1 o’clock last Saturday morning.The orlgen of the fire Is unknownbut is thought to have been started bya spark from a passing locomotive. The entire loss Is estimated at about on# thousand dollars. Much sympathy is expressed for William H. Hartley who lias occupied the premises for several years past and on whom the loss entirely falls.
