Brown will resign his position as manager of the shoe department of the Rapp Store, at Lafayette, to enter into partnership with his father, Mr. L. Brown, in the undertaking business.The senior Mr. Brown who has engaged in the undertaking business here for the past year and a half, has built up an ex-* tensive business but for the past several months he has been in poor health, and hardly able to1 care for his business, hence the partnership with Gorman M. After Jan. 1, the firm name* will be L. O. Brown Son, and 1 the son will care for the ambu-^ lance business and assist withembalming and other business.* Not many small towns have an undertaker with the equipment of this firm, and with the firm goes the best wishes of thes community from a business point, and for the recovery of L. O.’s health.
