Garland; Assistant Chief Con ductor, Geo. H. McKinley; Junior Con ductor, Lawrence A. Howton; Secretary and Treasurer, Martin R. Mathews; Inside Sentinel, M. McDevitt; Outside Sentinel, Harrison H. Hoyer; Division Conductor, Geo. A. Kayler; Division Committee, Geo. A. Kayler, Geo. H. McKinley, Wm. W. Shaffer. The annual report of the Secre tary shows the Division to be to a flour ishing condition.
