A member of the First Church of God, he had been employed with Ohio Steel Tube for 27 years and was a member of United Steelworkers Local 3057. He had been a member of the U.S. Army National Guard in Delaware and was an avid car enthusiast.Survivors include his wife, Mary E. (Eohrbaugh) Caskey; two sons, Timothy Ray Caskey of Shelby, and Christopher John Caskey, at home; Two grandsons; four sisters, Norma Davis, Linda Sperk, and Janet Timson, all of Shelby, and Karen Tackettof Greenwich.Calling hours were Tuesday in Barkdull Funeral Home where the funeral was held Wednesday by the Rev. Lacey, Willard; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Roy G.
