A system of “multi-county libraries as is contemplated by the proposed amendment now is working successfully in an area involving Cleveland, Garvin, and McClain counties.Thanks to the Oklahoma State Library and its director, Ralpfi Hudson.The proposed constitutional amendment was authored by Repre sentatives Kenneth Poynor,„ Norman; Leland Wotf, Lexington; and Bryce Baggett, Oklahoma City, along with Senators Robert Breeden. Cleveland, and Fred Harris. Lawton.The special levy of not more than two mills or no less than onr mill can be voted by approval o' peope of the county at a specia’ election.
