A quiet family Christmas is being planned by four generations of an Albu querque family, all ma ether for the first time for the holidays. The grandmother and great grandmother of the Gerald A. Martin children of 2710 Gratta NE are newcomers in Albu querque, arriving here several Weeks ago. Mrs. Gilbert Collingwood and Mrs. HW. Greeley Brown have moved into their new home at 2713 June NF, directly behind the Martins’ home, the yards connected by a garden gate. ' The Martin children are Karen, three, and the bins, Mathew and Amy, one-and-a- half, ‘Mrs. Brown recently sold the family farm and home in Diego, N. ¥. The farm settled in 1812 and the ome built in 1826 have been owned by Mrs. Brown's family for all those years. . Now the family is together in Albuquerque with four gen erations living in one block, MMe. Martin is the son of the William Martins of Albuquer que and is associated with the Martin Construction Co. Among the Albuquerqueans who will have Christmas din ner with their families here to morrow care Sen. and irs. Stinton T. Anderson. The noon event will be of the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wess Clark, 3918 Mesa Verde Dr. NE. Attending besides the New Mexico Democratic senator and his wife and Mr. and Mrs. Clerk will be ‘Mr. and Mrs. Sherburne P. Anderson and their son, Stuart, who is 15 months old’ and Mr. and Mrs. Ben Lomond Roberts), and their children, «John, 5,] and Mary, 3, Sherburne P. Anderson and Mrs Roberts are the children of Len, and Mrs. Anderson, | Mr. and Mrs. Clark are the parents of Mrs. Sherburne P. Anderson. Traditional Southwestern dis play of luminatas during this season has intrigued Dr. J. PB. Molnar, president of Sandia Corp. and Mrs. Molnar. And they are busily filling bags and paying candles to the right in style with their new surround ings- Peter Molnar has found it hard in the past to wait until after Christmas breakfast to open the packages ,but now awaits this Christmas morning ritual with active interest. The Molnar family will join the 3. P. Schwartz family at their home, 49th Loop, Sandia, for Christmas dinner. Elizabeth and Robert look forward to this annual dinner Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Pace and their son, Tommy, will re-’ Jax and trim the tree tonight while enjoying the carolers of their neighbors. They plan to move soon into their ranch doing several miles west of Placitas, with her daughter, Amnette, “The J. B. ¥ates family will attend midnight church and, then return and open their packages. Gleen is 13 and Joan Dare is 18. _ ‘The arrival of Rebeccs Mag- Hat from Mt. Holyoke started i the festivities for the HB. W.] Maglett family, 3401 List Loup, Sandra Nase. Perry attends the Academy of Hoys. Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Wopper’ will entertain her mother, sis ter, and her family Mrs. J. W. Thompson and Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Martin tonight. The Christmas decorations this year at the Harry A. Weber's home at TH10 Euclid gE will center around a miin iature house complete with fur niture that will represent their new one which will be built later this year. Steve, 7, and Gary, 4, are delighted with the new plans for the house, but are still curious about the wrapped packages under the tree. The R. W. Henderson's are anticipating the arrival of their' s sister and brother-in-law from Ipacadena, Calif. The Hender sson's two sons, BiH, 13, and Bob gr. 14, have planned in exciting vacation time. The gathering of the family is an annual event for Mr. and Mrs William Spencer Sharp Je, 2009 Hendola Dr, NE, and his mother, Mrs. Mag inwood H. Sharp, who fives sev eral blocks away. Here will be Mr. and Mrs. Harris Sharp of Las Vegas, Nev., Mr.,and Mr.. Elza Paul of Los Alamos, and Mrs. Jeffie Rovinson, also from Los Alamos. The tree ceremony has bee traditional. Each of their three children, Billy, Johnny and Jeanne Sue, are allowed to pick one present out on Christ mas Eve and open it. The others remain intact until after brunch Christmas morning. The haliday piece will be i ntensified by the arrival of Vrs. Slatlon’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Parker Cowgill, from Joutler, Cole, for the Wiliam Slatton family at $301 4%ad Pl, Sandra Base. The children are Martha, Phillip, David and Paul. Guests for Christmas dinner will be Mr. and Mrs. Roman Braun and their two children, Christine and Michael, Mr. and Aiis. Pate Matteucci and family will attend mid night Mags tonight but will be home for the remainder of the evening. Their 312 Lagune SW home has been decorated this year with Ughts and da Tomarias. The Matteucci children are Ralph, Alex, Margaret, Mary and Richard, Mr. Matteucci’s brother, Ralph, from Roswell will be spending the day here tomorrow, a day which will be taken up with dinner and visits with friends. A silver tree decorated with purple balls stands in the liv ing room of the home of Dr and Sirs. Max Sanchez at 1506 Silver SW. A green tree with traditional decorations is in the family room. The family, which include: Maria, Karen, Max Jr. and Kathy, will attend 7 an, mass tomorrow at the Immaculate Conception Church. Joining them for the day will be Gene Sanchez, a nephew of Mrs. Sanchez. He is stationed with the Air Force in Tucson, Ariz, and is opending the holidays here. A family dimmer is in store tomorrow for Dr. and Mrs. Charles Spaln and family of 1403 Bryn Mawes NE. They and theirhildren, Cathy, David and Steve will open their gifts on Christmas eve, will drive around town to see the lights, and will attend a midnight service at Central Methodist Church. Their home is dec orated with teafs on the ever greens. Joining them for a family dinner tomorrow will be Mrs. NS. L. Grinstead, 320 Girard ‘SE, Mrs. Spsin’s mother. Dr. and Mrs. Richard Hall) 309 San Pasquale SW have,’ their daughter and her family visiting them from Livermore, Calif. ‘The ‘Ped Perlmans and daughters Candy, Janine and Anne will be here for a week.
