Paris Citizens Stockeolders.The Fayette Manufacturing Company, a new corporation capitailzed at $10,01)0 and formed for the purpo3e of manufacturing and dispensing medical supplies and medicines, filed incorporation articles with County Clerk Theodore Lewis, at Lexington, Tuesday. The shares are $10 each and the following are the incorporators: MargaretDonaldson, fifty-one shares;Julian Mc-Claymonds, ten; Ida E. Redmon, five; T. S. Lewis, five; J. T. Vansant. one; J. S.
