He .leaves a wife and one daughter who la blind, with several 1 other children who are married and notat home with tin- family. Mr. Morris was 70 years of age, and was highly respected by those who knew him. Hi* lived many years in Georgia, ami one i year ago sold his home in that State and moved out and bought land near Holly l'ond, and erected a line dwelling and moved into it ju-t a few weeks before his death.
