AU iUliUA t w T '—Mrs. James Chalmers, who figured soconspicuously in the train robbery nearBellevue, Texas, has arrived in Potsdam.She does not express much confidence in the courage of gentlemen when train robbers are around. It does seem strange that so many men would quietly deliver up their valuables and offer no resistance wbatever, and what oan be said of a squad of soldiers who will deliver up their revolvers without firing a shot. She says the soldiers were in charge of Sergeant (not Captain, Connors. There were no ladies in the car with the five soldiers, and she thinks they must have been surprised.JEseex.
