Third Youth ArrestedIn Rock MurderA third youth was arrested last Thursday in the death of Mrs.Dorothy Webster, 64, ofPleasantview Court, Copiague, who was killed on October' 29 when a rock, thrown from an overpass on Southern State Parkway, smashed through the windshield of the car in which she was riding with her husband. James Fenner, 19, of 90 EllisonAvenue, Roosevelt, a Roosevelt High School senior, was charged with murder as were two youths who were arrested earlier. Nassau County Detectives Frank Cardone and Michael O'Connor, said Fenner was driving the auto in which the other suspects were riding the night of the incident.The other youths are Robert Frazier, 19, of 59 Harts Avenue, a Roosevelt High student, and a 15-year- old whose name is withhelddue to his age. They are all charged with murder.Two rocks, weighing over 118pounds, were stolen from thedriveway of Thomas Jordan of Forrest Avenue, Roosevelt, and thrown from the Park Avenueoverpass bridge in RooseveltOne of them struck the Webstei car.According to the detectives theyouths had been drinking beer, and decided for “kicks” to drop the rock slabs on the parkway.
