KBL! Sued For Payment On TV StationA Boise broadcasting corporation has filed a lawsuit in Fifth District Court against radio-television corporation KBLI ofBlackfoot U collect $9,500 put up for the purchase of a television station.Hagadane Broadcasting Corp. claimed that KBLI put up $9,500 as down payment for television station KCIX-TV in Boise. When KBLI decided not to go through with the deal, the suit said, the down payment was to be forfeited under terms of the contract signed earlier.Pocatello National Bank, which is holding the .$9,5(H), was named as co-defendant in the suit. The broadcast i tig corporation said (he bank has refused to give up the $9,500,The lawsuit also asks interest of $380 since May, when the transaction fell through.
