Order for Hearing Petition to SellLandsState of Minnesota, County of Hennepin. Probate Court.In the Matter of the Guardianship of Mary Muskala, Stefania Muskala, and Ferdinand Muskala, minors.On receiving and' filing the petition of John Muskala Guardian of above named Wards praying that license be to him granted to sell the real estate, therein described belonging to said Wards and it appearing, by said petition to the Court that it is necessary for the maintenance and education of said Wards and that it would be for the benefit of said Wards to sell said real estateIt is therefore Ordered, That all persons interested in the estate of said Wards appear before said Probate Court, at a special term thereof 'to be held on Monday, the 9th day of January, 1922, at 10 o’clock in theforenoon, at the Court House, in said County, then and there to show cause (if any there be) why license shouldhe, gwwtetf to said Guardian to sell said real estate according to the prayer of said petition.And It is Further Ordered, Thatnotice of such hearing be given to all persons interested, by publishing this order once in each week for three successive weeks prior to said day ofhearing in the Echo de l'Ouest anewspaper printed and published in said County.Dated at Minneapolis, this 15th day of December, 1921.By the Court,JOHN A.
