State of Alabama, ) Probate Court,Cullman County. t Dec. 19, 189(5.This day comes William Bradford j and produces to the Court a paper wri- j ting purporting to be the last will and testament of Mary Grimmett, deceased, j and moves the Court to admit the said i will to probate, and to issue letters testamentary under said will to thesaid William Bradford, as Executor.—And it appearing to the Court from said petition that Abraham Grimmett, one of the next of kin of said deceased, is a non-resident ol' this State, he being of full age. and residing at Arlington, in the State of Texas, it is ord-I ered by the Court that the 18th day of j January, 1*97, be set as a day for bearing testimony in proof of said instrument as such will; and that notice thereof be given by publication for three successive weeks in “The Mountain City Gazette,’’a newspaper published in this county, notifying all next of kin to be and appear before 1 this Court, on said 18th day of January, 1897, and show, if anything they have to allege, why such will should not be admitted to probate, and letters * thereunder issue tosaid Wm.
