Joseph Bentley (colored), for assaulting and striking John Bentley. Jailed for thirty days, Henry Berry, August Miller, and Joseph Delarue, for being disorderly and fighting in the street. Berry was fined 35 and costs and the others discharged. = Alexander Williams (colored), for con tempt of court. Fined $5. Charles Nelson (colored), for trespassing upon the premises of and threatening to asault A. Baccigalupo. Fined 85 and cuts. John Bennett and Charles Meinlein, for being drunk and fighting in the street, were fined $5 cach. Lewis Winston (colored), assaulting and heating I. Eggleston with a peck measure.
