Deal Fatate Bales, Mewra, BR. B, Chaffin Co., altered agents, have lately made the followth sales of and country real estate: Bric dwelling No. 10 south Fourth street, for Mr. J. J. Anderson to Mr. M. Jones, for the warm of 83,000 cash; by a notion, the nice brick dwelling No. 108 north Eighth streck, for Major R. F. Walker 90 Dr. M. C. Kemper, for the sum of 86,160; farm in Henrico, on Charles City road, containing 180 acres, for Mr. E. L. Evans to Mr. St. W. Silver, of Ohio, for the sum of $4,700; farm in Henrico eight miles from the city, containing ages oe acres, near the Charles City road, and owned by Mr. R. W. Brown, to Mr. John Needham, of Princeas Anne county, Va., for $700; farm In Henrico about twelve miles from Richmond, on Charles City road, owned by the hers of John Brackett, containing 611 acrea, to Mr. John A. Pur man, of Michigan, for the sum of $2,000, Hi. Seldon Taylor, real estate agent and auctioneer, aold yesterday at public auc tion that valuable James river estate, Up per Tuckahoe, in Goochland county, con taining God acres, at $14,908, Purchased by Mrs.W. M. Allen’s trustee, Police Court. The following cases were disposed of yesterday . W. Whitton, charged with being drunk, Fined 62.60 and coats. Joseph Bentley (colored), for assaulting and striking John Bentley. Jailed for thirty days, Henry Berry, August Miller, and Joseph Delarue, for being disorderly and fighting in the street. Berry was fined 35 and costs and the others discharged. = Alexander Williams (colored), for con tempt of court. Fined $5. Charles Nelson (colored), for trespassing upon the premises of and threatening to asault A. Baccigalupo. Fined 85 and cuts. John Bennett and Charles Meinlein, for being drunk and fighting in the street, were fined $5 cach. Lewis Winston (colored), assaulting and heating I. Eggleston with a peck measure. Fined $10 and costs. Richard Fifer, for being drunk, was fined $2 and costs. Byron Lucas (colored), for stealing ten dollars from Pat. Rafter, was discharged,
