According to the newspaper story the Church of the New Revelation and the Ocean Living Institute were corporations operated in the West Hudson/South Bergen area by Adam Star child, also known as Malcolm McConahy, of Wallington. The continuing in vestigation is said to have disclosed that Frank D. Sheldon of Michigan and Dyve Grossman of New York, were sought for about criminal questioning sex activities that took place in Sheldon's North Fox Island, Mich., estate. Starchild’s name popped up, it is said, When Ten nessee officials, in vestigating child por nography and the tax-exempt Church of the New Revelation, based at 839 Kearny Ave., Kearny, a professional building; and the Ocean Living Institute, which had North Arlington and Kearny addresses. One of them was at 31 Davis Ave., Kearny, an apartment house According to the Record story the law office of Ralph Fucetola III of North Starchild company and that the name of Daniel Fucetola, said to be a cousin of the lawyer, also appeared as a trustee of the Ocean Living Institute. A peculiar twist was given the story when reporters that in March of last year the Kearny Observer carried an account of the death of Malcolm McConahy in a Minnesota auto accident. Subsequent investigation failed to uncover any such auto fatality in Minnesota.
