Police blotterTHE DEATH OF Bruce Brewer,who was shot in the head Nov. 27 by 15th district police Officer Robert J. Lawler, was judged to be a case of justifiable homicide by police investigators following up the incident, po lice said.Brewer, of 5082 W Adams St., died of his wound Dec. 5 at Cook County Hospital, police said Brewer, 58, was pointing a loaded rifle at officers when he was shot, police said.
