SPRINGFIELD — Franklin county residents sentenced in federal dis trict court here Tuesday. on liquor charges were: Edward W. Bourbeau, Possession in Turners Falls, $200 fine; his brother, Clarence, 19, placed on probation for oe year following plea of note; John DB. Collins, pos session in Turners Falls,« $200 fine; _William J. Greglors, sale and pos session in Turners Falls, six months’ suspended sentence and one-year probation; Donat Nadeau, violation in Turners Walls, six months sus pended sentence and one year pro bation; Peter J. Saulnier, violation a Turners Falls, $150 fine; ‘Thomas ‘Winisiewieg, possession “at Tithers Falls, $100 fine; Frank and Anna Kurtyka, both for sale in Turners Falls, one year probation’ each; Stanley J. and Catherine J. Duda, manufacture, sale and possession in Turners Falls, one year probation for Mrs Duda on all three counts end: a six- months, suspended=sen tence for the husband on manu facture and ‘sale and $200 fine for possession, and Raoul Guilbault, vi olation in ‘Turners Fails,$150 fine.
