Patrick O’Malley Dead. At about 10 o'clock yesterday forenoon, Patrick O'Malley, of the town of West port, this county, died, aged sixty-three years. Mr. O'Malley was born in county Mayo, Ireland, and emigrated to the United States in the year 1845 and im mediately thereafter to the town of West port, where he has since resided, with the exception of two or three years spent in California. The deceased was one of five brothers, all well-known, well-to-do and influential—four of whom, Thomas, Dom inick, Martin and Joseph reside in the town of Westport, while James is pastor of St. Peter’s Roman Catholic church at Oshkosh. He left wife and a family of six boys and four girls, to mourn his death, the oldest child being twenty-nine years of age and the youngest five. Mr. O'Malley was one of the most substantial farmers in Dane county, and a man of great sterling worth. He commanded the esteem of all who knew him and his death removes a man whose place can not be refilled. He had been feeling un well for about one year past, the trouble being an affection of the heart. As announced formally elsewhere, the funeral takes place from the residence at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning.
