B. Dillett Monday afternoon* after preliminary hearing. He had r. bebn charged with larceny.* j After the hearing Earl Sears, whowas held under bond as a material ,' witness and testified at the hearing, 5, was served with a criminal warrant ' j charging him as an accessory in the 11 same crime.
