MiuH Sylvia Kelley of Torrliigton wim shot and kilhd at Henry. Neb, nine miles east of Torrlngton, by C. L Landry, a detective of Denver. Sheriff Janies Sherman and Landry were searching for a stolen automobile. Miss Kelley was in a ear with James Nolan, a garage man of Torrlngton, when the officers attempted to search the car. Nolan started to floe. Both officers fired and Miss Kelley dropped dead from the shot fired by Landry, according to the story told by the of fleers.
