Daniel, general manager of the company, left for San Francisco Sunday morning. He made the above statement Just before departure, after a long talk with Mr. Daniel and an examlatlon of the work In the mine at the 500-foot level. He expressed himself as much pleased wltlf the development of the property thus far, and. in the conversation with Mr. Daniel, outlined the plans for the future.A 50-h.p. hoiat will be Installed tor the sinking to the water level, estimated to be at a depth of about a thousand feet, which work, as already announced, will be started with the resumption of general activity on the property. Construction of the boiler and the filling of the* order for the hoiat will take several weeks, and It Is estimated that this machinery will not be on the ground until about two months after it la ready for shipment.
