Another Man witii Legs.—A man “of the name” of Seth Wilber Payne saith lie will walk from New York to San Francisco in 150 days, and the papers of this uioruing state that he has actually set out upon his journey. As I cannot iearu anything of the antecedents of this enterprise or the walker, or anything of the couuitious of the undertaking, I have set it down as a something commonly denominated a “gag.” Wilber is announced as having it in his mind to reach Somerville, New Jersey, this evening.—Ex.
