rTurnpike Notice.JVOTICE TO STOCKHOLDERS! order of the Board of the Goshen, Wilmington and Columbus Turnpike Co., three more instalments of ten percent, each are required to be paid to the Treasurer by the stockholders, as follows:The first one in 60 days.The second one in 120 days.The third one in 180 days,from the first day of September, 1838. The grubbing, grading,-bridging and cul-verting of the Road between Goshen and Wilmington, is going on finely, and will soon be completed, and must be paid for* Some part of the former three instalments are still behind; in consequence of which we cannot draw from the State. It is hoped those in arrears will come forward and make immediate payment, as we are verydesirous to certify; or that one 4 is paid in cash and laid out and expended on the road. This is required by the statute of Ohio, before we can draw from the State. Although much more than 4 of our work is done on the pike by stockholders andothers, which work is not all paid for, but must be and that immediately.SAML. H. HALE,President vftkc Board 4*c.
