Bishop Fawin . Lines, of the Epic opal dincess of Newark, assisted by several other clergymen, will conduct the funeral services over the body of the Rev. Joseph H. Smith, in St. Mark's Episcopal Church, West Or ange, Thursday morning. Among those who are expected to Assist are the Rev. Dr Holley, of Hackensack; the Rev. Dr. William G. Farrington, of Orange, and the Rev. Dr. J. N. Steele, of South Orange. It is expected that many other clergymen will be present. ‘The Rev. Mr. Smith, who was one of the oldest Episcopal clergymen in the diocese, died in the rectory of St. Mark's Church yesterday. Throughout Wednesday afternoon and night a watch will be kept in the church by members of the clergy. After the services on Thursday the body will be taken to Philadelphia and buried in St. James the Lass churchyard.
